Fragile Items – Ceramics & Glassware
We pack fragile items like ceramics and glassware with extra
care. Still, if your product arrives broken or damaged, you are
eligible for:
A full refund or replacement
Proof (photo/video) required within 7 days of delivery

Note: Claims submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.
Exchanges Only – No Returns
We do not accept returns.
Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original
packaging.
Exchange requests are reviewed before approval.
Refunds as Store Credit Only
Refunds (if applicable) are issued as store credit only.
We do not refund to original payment methods.
Store credit remains valid for 6 months.
Additional Notes
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
Custom or made-to-order items cannot be exchanged.
Minor variations in color, finish, or texture are natural in
handmade products.
